Every retreat begins with a story — this one started with mine. Not from a place of having it all figured out, but from the ache of trying to keep it together for too long. Holy Rest was born from lived experience, and it lives on because of the women who walk through it with me.
I was the girl who did it all. Held it all. Smiled through the ache. The “strong one” with the perfect exterior and the exhausted spirit. Post-pill depression hit hard. My skin flared with cystic acne, my mind raced, and I numbed the pain with control—over food, over my schedule, over my emotions. I clung to independence because I thought needing help meant I was weak. But inside, I was falling apart. I wasn’t healing—I was hiding behind hustle and high-functioning burnout. And yet, something in me whispered... there has to be more than this.

Healing didn’t arrive all at once. It came in slow, sacred moments—when I stopped trying to be perfect and started telling the truth. I began sharing my story online, not from a place of authority, but from honesty. And women resonated. They reached out, they stayed, they said “me too.” In 2022, I hosted my first circle in London—a room full of women craving stillness, craving softness. No masks, no pressure, just presence. That gathering lit something in me. I realized this was never about me having the answers—it was about creating space for us to breathe again. That’s when Holy Rest was born.

Today, I lead retreats rooted in the very healing I once searched for. I’m not here to fix anyone—I’m here to hold space. To remind women that rest isn’t earned, it’s your birthright. Holy Rest is a return. A return to God, to your body, to the part of you that never needed to be perfect to be worthy. These retreats are sacred, intimate, and deeply human. They’re not about escaping life—but about remembering how to live it, softly. I still have my own tender days. But now, I move through them with grace, community, and truth. And that’s the gift I hope to offer you too.

At Holy Rest, you’re not just attending a retreat — you’re being held. Created by a woman, for women, these spaces are rooted in presence, not pressure. I lead with a grounded, intuitive approach that honors your body, mind, spirit, and soul. Every retreat is a warm, nurturing place to soften, exhale, and return to yourself. As a certified breathwork and cacao facilitator, I guide gentle practices to help you regulate, reconnect, and feel deeply seen — by God, your body, and the version of you that’s been quietly waiting to come home.

Between Bali’s stillness and London’s rhythm, I spend my days building Holy Rest, creating slow, nourishing content, and sharing what I’ve learned about healing and womanhood with women who need it. I’m navigating this season gently — creating without pressure, living with intention, and letting my daily moments speak for themselves. Whether I’m filming breathwork, journaling by the sea, or sipping matcha from a favorite mug — I share it all to remind you you’re not alone.
I drink it every day, and yes - I have strong opinions about how it’s made.
The classics only. And I listen to the Jonas Brothers like it’s 2008.
Even when I’m in London or Bali, that place holds a piece of me.
A reading room, and becoming a wife and mum—with a cat, a dog, and maybe even a horse. If having dolphins as pets was legal I’d do that too.
One day I’ll confidently order schnitzel and say something poetic.
I collect mugs from all over the world (one day I’ll learn how to make my own)
