Holy Rest was born from something I've noticed in both my own life and the lives of the women I meet. We're exhausted. Modern life has taught us to constantly be switched on. To push through when we're tired. To ignore our body's signals. To disconnect from nature, from community, from God, and often from ourselves.
We're more connected than ever, yet so many women feel lonely. We're surrounded by wellness advice, yet so many women feel burnt out. We've been told that success means doing more, achieving more, and being more productive. But I don't think that's what we were created for. Holy Rest Retreats are the antidote to that.
They're a chance to step away from the noise, slow down, regulate your nervous system, reconnect with God, and remember what actually matters. Just space to rest, reflect, create, laugh, have meaningful conversations, and be surrounded by women who are walking through similar seasons of life. My hope is that every woman leaves feeling calmer, more grounded, more connected to God, and reminded that life isn't something we're supposed to rush through just to get to the next thing.
We're here to experience it.

Between Bali’s stillness and London’s rhythm, I spend my days building Holy Rest, creating slow, nourishing content, and sharing what I’ve learned about healing and womanhood with women who need it. I’m navigating this season gently, creating in alignment with God's will, living with intention, and letting my daily moments speak for themselves. Whether I’m filming content, journaling by the sea, or sipping matcha from a favorite mug (I have many) - I share it all to remind you you’re not alone.
I drink it every day. And I will be a Karen if the barista serves a bad one.
The classics only. And I listen to the Jonas Brothers on repeat. (Shout out The Album)
Even when I’m in London or Bali, that place holds a piece of me.
A reading room, and becoming a wife and a mother, with a cat, a dog, and maybe even a horse? If having dolphins as pets was legal I’d do that too.
One day I'll be able to speak to my boyfriend's parents, for now it's google translate and sign language.
I collect mugs from all over the world (one day I’ll learn how to make my own)
